Ever wondered how Kim Kardashian keeps her super shape?
Well, here it is: during an interview with Ryan Seacrest earlier this week, she admitted to spraying Windex on her food so that she wouldn’t eat it. When she’s eating out, she simply accidentally drops her drink in her plate so she doesn’t have to finish it.

When first lady Michelle Obama hugged Queen Elizabeth yesterday, it was reminiscent of the classic American masterpiece “Tommy Boy” when Chris Farley, embracing his new stepbrother said, “Brothers don’t shake hands, brothers gotta hug!”
Now while it was perfectly acceptable and quite frankly — touching — when this act of love occurred in the movie, it’s not supposed to happen with the queen.
Queens don’t hug!
In fact, it is considered a breach of royal protocol.
Throne
Apparently the first lady and the queen were hanging out in the Throne Room at Buckingham Palace. (It would be immature to make a crack wondering if it was the “Royal Throne Room” so we won’t mention it.)
An official photo of the world leaders had just been taken, and while they were meandering out, the queen and the first lady struck up a conversation.
Shakira was in Madrid today to present the new Mango solidarity T-Shirt collection inspired by the official World Cup song 'Waka Waka' (which means This Time For Africa).
I wonder if the controversy has died down over Shakira being chosen to sing the World Cup song? Many South Africans were upset that someone who isn't South African was picked for it.
"Yeah, it has to be South African," she said. "I mean, we've got so many talented South African singers who can actually pull it off. And really, I mean, how is Shakira going to sing the African part of it?"
But others insist that it's the "WORLD" Cup and doesn't belong just to South Africa. What do you think?
"I think what's great about the fact that there are a lot of artists, it unites the world. The soccer World Cup is not just about South Africa, it's about South Africa hosting it and bringing the world."
The song is actually a collaboration between Shakira and a South African band called "Freshlyground". They are scheduled to perform it on June 10th.
